The following are some of the most common urgent care situations we encounter at the Student Health Center:

Respiratory conditions (bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, 等.)

The Student Health Center is able to perform many on-site/same-day lab tests (链球菌性喉炎, 流感, 莫诺, 新型冠状病毒肺炎, 怀孕测试, 等.), but is also able to send labs to external laboratory companies (Quest, LabCorp) 如果有必要的话. We are able to perform blood draws on site.

Our clinic does not have access to on-site imaging, but our clinicians can order imaging (x-rays, 超声波, 等.), if required, from local imaging centers.

If a student is under 18, they may require parental/guardian consent to obtain certain services at the Student Health Center. The consent form can be found 在这里

费用

A visit fee of $20 will be charged to a student's account after an appointment.* T在这里 is no charge for necessary follow-up visits regarding the same medical issue.

Our clinic also has a small, on-site pharmacy for commonly prescribed medications. The charge for these prescriptions is $10*, 如果需要, 虽然 patients may always choose to have a prescription sent to a local pharmacy, 如果需要.

* We encourage any student to inform us if our visit or prescription fees are financially untenable so that accommodations can be made. Our priority is to get students the care they need.

Insurance is not necessary to be seen at the Student Health Center.
